Norm Belanger C.E.O, President
Norm Belanger founded Bel-Nor Co Inc. on August 1, 1978. Norm's vision was to start a business that could supply customers in New England with quality packaging products and excellent customer service. The business is be rooted in family values. He and his wife Julie encourage and support their employees to that end.
Despite suffering a ruptured brain aneurysm in 1998, Norm is still active as President and C.E.O. of Bel-Nor. Norm is Past President of the board of directors of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. Norm holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
To this day Bel-Nor fosters traditional family values by encouraging and supporting its employees.
Brian Belanger Vice President
Brian Belanger is the Vice President of Bel-Nor Company and is responsible for Sales and Marketing. Brian specializes in custom packaging programs for specific business needs.
Prior to starting at Bel-Nor in March of 2004, Brian served as a Sales and Business Development Specialist for Standard and Poor’s and Thomson Financial. He was responsible for selling financial service products to banks and corporations. Brian’s specialty was solving complex customer needs with off-the-shelf products. Brian started his career at Jefferson Smurfit Corp, where he first learned about the world of packaging.
In his free time, Brian serves on the Board of Directors of The Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to raising money for cancer research. For more information visit www.tfhope.org. When he is not improving how products are packaged or raising money for cancer research, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Nissa, son, Boden and their Samoyed, Lilla.
Brian holds a BA in Government from Hamilton College.
